As long I can remember helping people has been my calling. I bumped into real estate by chance and now it’s become my passion. This dynamic industry keeps me on my toes wanting to learn more in order to share and educate.
I do honestly believe that knowledge is power.
To better serve I’m constantly sharpening my skills. I have several designations allowing me the confidence to represent my clients to the highest standards in the different segments and areas of the real estate market. To make things even sweeter I’m fluent in both English and Spanish. I’m not afraid of a challenge, in fact, I welcome challenges as they help in personal and professional improvement and growth.
My concept is simple, I seek to understand as much of my client’s needs and wants and then explain the process to establish realistic expectations. There’s always something to learn. Just like we’re individuals all transactions have their uniqueness.
Calling clients on my morning run because I found out at midnight that the property they loved was receiving an offer to make sure they didn’t miss out on the opportunity to bid. Scheduling multiple property viewings over the weekend for my out of town clients to give them as many opportunities to buy their perfect home within the relocation company’s strict timelines and budget and still make their son’s ball tournament. Helping people is what I do. I love this business!
